o hai tumblr
This thing ended up on my computer. It looks like a new comic, but I can’t be certain. You should probably check it out, just to be sure.
Since I’m not using this for much else at the moment, but I still want people to know that I’m active here (I do check in and lurk pretty regularly, but never really have anything to post), I think I’m going to start posting comic updates here. Especially since I just announced that my update schedule is going to start becoming more sporadic.
So now this’ll be a handy way of knowing when new comics get put up, and it’ll make it easier to share new comics with your tumblr friends! Why didn’t I think of this before?
When the crappy wiring of our house told us that we couldn’t have so many space heaters going at once, we decided to turn on the house’s heat. Even though we only set it to like 65, it became uncomfortably warm in a surprisingly short period of time.
It’s too easy to make weather comics since the weather around here has practically just been an ongoing joke over the past year.
Anyway, I use Photoshop CS5 to make my comics. For a while there I tried out Manga Studio, and it’s a really cool tool once you get used to it, but I ended up coming back to Photoshop in the end.
Woo! Always good to hear that my comic is able to sift through the thick bog of mediocracy and emerge among favorites. I should go webcomic-hunting again sometime (once I catch up with my favorites) but I do agree that it can be a little discouraging since good ones can be hard to find.
